1) ACM ICPC Official Regional Rules

ACM ICPC has changed a number of things since last year. Please visit the official ACM ICPC 2006 Regional Programming Contest Rules for more information about the ICPC. In addition, please read the Regional ACM Regional Web information (In particular, click on the Rules menu item and the Eligibility menu item). These links provide basic common rules that ALL sites and competitors must follow. Each Regional is allowed to add additional rules and guidelines.

2) Registration Information Deadline Posted

The following text is copied directly from ACM ICPC Regional Rules:

The coach must fully register teams in the ICPC Registration System within the time set by the regional rules which, for all Regional Contests, is no later than the earlier date of 7 days before the contest and November 8. A team is not eligible to compete in the regional contest until the regional contest director has accepted the team in the web registration system. Teams failing to comply with any of these requirements will be ruled ineligible to compete. Only registered reserves may be substituted for contestants. Such substitutions must be entered in the ICPC Registration System by the regional contest director before the contest begins.

For our region, this means November 5, 2005. This means that changes cannot be made after this date and the team still be eligible (which also means the team does not count for the region in determining if we get a wildcard spot).
